According to the official notification of the Department of Posts (India Post), candidates must upload their photograph and signature within strict technical parameters on indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. Files with incorrect dimensions or sizes lead to instant online application rejection.

How to Resize GDS Photo and Signature Online:
- Choose GDS Photo (200x230 px) or GDS Signature (140x60 px) tab above.

Is Name & Date of Photo (DOP) required for GDS application?
While official notifications accept clear recent photographs, having candidate Name and Date of Photo (DOP taken within the last 3 months) is strongly advised to prevent any disqualification during circle document verification. This tool allows you to toggle this on or off with a single click.
